Chili

Ingredients

   * 2 pounds ground beef
   * 1 large onion, chopped
   * olive oil
   * 2 tablespoons chili seasoning mix
   * 1 teaspoon cumin
   * 1 teaspoon paprika
   * 3 turns pepper
   * 8 turns salt
   * 1/4 teaspoon of crushed cloves
   * 1 teaspoon of garlic power
   * 2 cups cooked kidney beans
   * 2 cups stewed tomatoes

Directions

  1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, saute the onion for 10 minutes or until translucent. Brown the ground beef on top of the onions. Drain grease, if desired.
  2. In a large pot add the ground black pepper, salt, cumin, paprika, cloves, garlic powder, stew tomatoes, chili seasoning mix. Mix well, reduce heat to low and simmer for at least an hour; in the last ten minutes of cooking add kidney beans.
